Andrew M. Schiffmiller, CEO
Mr. Schiffmiller is an experienced manager and consultant with nearly 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His varied background includes work in the areas of clinical trials, sales, marketing, regulatory and logistics with an emphasis on systems and business process improvement. He has extensive experience in the management of large projects. Mr. Schiffmiller served as Director, Business Technology at Pfizer headquarters and served in management positions in a number of consultancies as well as Pfizer Israel. Some of his achievements include the design, implementation and deployment of international marketing information systems, significant process improvements to Pfizer’s strategic planning process, and other projects which resulted in the savings of millions of dollars, on an ongoing basis. He holds a BA in experimental psychology from The Johns Hopkins University (1983) and was graded as MBA equivalent by Pfizer Inc.
Raphael (Raffi) Rembrand – CTO, Co-Inventor, Co-Founder
Mr. Rembrand brings with him over 30 years of optimal process control experience with a diverse background in many processes and computer systems. Mr. Rembrand is familiar with a broad range of optimization applications, from automatic irrigation systems and fertilizers to plastics and refinery processes, as well as many computer systems and computerized control systems.
Mr. Rembrand has a number of inventions to his name including a methodology to improve Speech in Noise Discrimination in hearing aids, which grew out of his research with Tel Hashomer hospital on auditory signal processing of people with autism.
Mr. Rembrand holds both an M.Sc and a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering, from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Eynat Gal- Clinical Advisor, Co-Inventor, Co-Founder
Dr. Eynat Gal is a faculty member of Social Welfare and Health Studies in the Department of Occupational Therapy at the University of Haifa and works at the Research Institute for Health and Medical Professions, Ono Academic College in Israel. Dr. Gal received her bachelor and masters degrees in occupational therapy (Hebrew University of Jerusalem), and her Ph.D. from the Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia (2006) where she specialized in sensory processing and autism. She was a post-doctoral fellow at Bar Ilan (2006) and Boston (2007) Universities. Dr. Gal has had many years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Her research focuses on investigation of underlying mechanisms that stand at the base of Autistic behaviors such as sensory and social deficits, as well as functional aspects of Autism and other developmental disabilities. Dr. Gal won the Best Autism Dissertation award at the 2006 International Meeting for Autism Research.
